Full-stack engineer on the Engage/CX team, building Stord's Shopify commerce platform in an AI-first workflow with Claude Code as the primary development tool. • Drove the migration of the estimated-delivery-date pipeline into a new service across 6 repositories, using Postgres-to-AlloyDB CDC replication and tiered Cloudflare KV caching; responses ~1.6x faster with 5x fewer Vertex AI calls per cart. • De-risked the cutover of the checkout-critical Shopify shipping-rates path with feature flags and a staged rollout. • Built end-to-end historical order sync from Shopify bulk exports (streaming JSONL into ClickHouse) and shipped it to production for all brands. • Root-caused and fixed production data-corruption and duplicate-order bugs with staged, zero-downtime schema cutovers. • Built the Shopify post-purchase upsell extension from scratch, plus checkout, cart and product-page widgets. • Delivered order editing and merchant configuration UI; added Datadog monitors and SLOs, improved CI/CD and infrastructure, wrote technical design docs and shared production support.
