Senior Software Engineer

I’m a senior software engineer focused on production AI systems, where I connect LLM APIs to retrieval pipelines, structured CRM data, and workflow tooling so the output is grounded and dependable for real GTM use. What makes me unique is how I build the full loop: agent orchestration and tool calling, production chat/email interfaces, and evaluation/monitoring on real customer interactions to reduce failure modes over time.
