Description:

• CI&T is seeking innovative Full Stack Developers (Mid and Senior levels) to build Generative AI solutions, including informational agents and intelligent assistants.
• The role requires presence in the Campinas Metropolitan Area office as per company policy.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Java and Angular.
• Experience in developing and optimizing prompts for AI agent interactions.
• Knowledge of RAG and MCP.
• Experience with Generative AI & LLMs, including API development (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with RAG architecture and AI agents integrations.
• Fullstack development experience with microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Understanding of LLMOps, CI/CD practices, and automated testing.
