Remote AEM Technical Lead - Octopus by RTG - 6 Months

Description:

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering, QA, and content teams to deliver enterprise-scale digital platforms using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Responsible for delivery governance, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and ensuring high-quality digital experiences across multiple markets.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in digital delivery, web engineering, or technical program management.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or director-level role.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AEM solutions and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong delivery governance and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
