Description:

Lead multidisciplinary engineering, QA, and content teams to deliver enterprise-scale digital platforms using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Responsible for delivery governance, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and ensuring high-quality digital experiences across multiple markets.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in digital delivery, web engineering, or technical program management.
3+ years in a technical leadership or director-level role.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AEM solutions and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Strong delivery governance and stakeholder management experience.
Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
