Description:

Netomi is a leading agentic AI platform for enterprise customer experience, working with major global brands.
The Solution Engineer will design and implement workflows leveraging the Netomi platform for enterprise solutions.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales engineering or solutions engineering role, preferably in AI or enterprise SaaS.
Hands-on experience with AI prompt design, workflow orchestration, and integrating REST APIs and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or related scripting languages.
Ability to architect and communicate technical solutions aligning AI capabilities with business outcomes.
Understanding of enterprise software ecosystems and data flow patterns.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.
