  • The AI Automation Engineer will focus on leveraging AI tools to streamline and enhance operational processes within Serotonin’s global business.
  • Responsibilities include analyzing workflows for automation opportunities, implementing AI tools, designing intelligent workflows, fine-tuning LLMs, integrating systems via APIs, translating business requirements into technical solutions, establishing performance metrics, documenting processes, training team leads, and staying updated on AI technologies.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in workflow automation, systems engineering, or business process roles, with a focus on AI tools and technologies.
  • A strong knowledge of developments in the crypto and financial markets is required.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered platforms such as OpenAI, Zapier, Make, UiPath, Retool, LangChain, or similar is essential.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or JavaScript is necessary for building or customizing AI integrations.
  • A strong understanding of business process modeling, system architecture, and data flow is required.
  • Candidates should have a proven ability to evaluate tools and technologies to address operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams are essential.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ERP systems, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira) is required.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau is necessary.
