The AI Automation Engineer will focus on leveraging AI tools to streamline and enhance operational processes within Serotonin’s global business.
Responsibilities include analyzing workflows for automation opportunities, implementing AI tools, designing intelligent workflows, fine-tuning LLMs, integrating systems via APIs, translating business requirements into technical solutions, establishing performance metrics, documenting processes, training team leads, and staying updated on AI technologies.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in workflow automation, systems engineering, or business process roles, with a focus on AI tools and technologies.
A strong knowledge of developments in the crypto and financial markets is required.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered platforms such as OpenAI, Zapier, Make, UiPath, Retool, LangChain, or similar is essential.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or JavaScript is necessary for building or customizing AI integrations.
A strong understanding of business process modeling, system architecture, and data flow is required.
Candidates should have a proven ability to evaluate tools and technologies to address operational challenges.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams are essential.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ERP systems, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira) is required.
Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau is necessary.
