Remote AI Computer Vision Engineer

Description:

• AssistIQ is focused on improving healthcare supply chain efficiency through AI-driven software solutions.
• The Computer Vision/AI Engineer will design and develop scalable CV systems, integrating classical techniques and deep learning into production-ready products.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience building CV systems using Python or C++, including real-time inference and model optimization.
• Strong foundation in classical CV and deep learning approaches.
• Proficient in frameworks such as PyTorch.
• Experience in designing evaluation frameworks for vision and multimodal models.
• Experience deploying production CV/ML systems and ML Ops practices.
• Experience in the life science, healthcare, or technology industry is an asset.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada without sponsorship.
