Remote AI Developer - Tieto Tech Consulting (m/f/d)

Description:

• Join Tieto Tech Consulting as an AI Developer and work on impactful projects.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to design AI and GenAI solutions that meet client goals.

Requirements:

• Strong consulting and communication skills; ability to justify choices and guide decision-making.
• Experience in software development (e.g., Python), backend/API development, and cloud-native architectures (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Practical experience with AI/ML frameworks and LLM platforms (e.g., Azure AI / Azure OpenAI).
• Understanding of vector search techniques, RAG models, evaluation methods, prompt engineering, and guardrails.
• Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep), observability, and data engineering basics.
• Knowledge of secure development practices, GDPR, and responsible AI.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
