• Strong consulting and communication skills; ability to justify decisions.
• Experience in software development (e.g., Python), backend/API development, and cloud-native architectures (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Practical experience with AI/ML frameworks and LLM platforms (e.g., Azure AI).
• Understanding of vector search techniques, RAG models, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and data engineering basics.
• Familiarity with secure development practices, GDPR, and responsible AI.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
