Description:

• Responsible for building production-grade RAG pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Design and optimize agentic workflows, implement tool-calling strategies, and ensure system reliability.
• Contribute to AI platform features for legal professionals, including intelligent email classification and document assistance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an AI Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with C#/.NET (1–2 years).
• Strong understanding of Generative AI systems and model behavior.
• Experience with prompt management, evaluation, and observability.
• Familiarity with agentic workflows and tool calling.
• Experience with C# Semantic Kernel, RabbitMQ, MinIO, Qdrant, or similar AI orchestration stacks.
• Experience with self-hosted/open-weight LLMs and inference infrastructure (vLLM, Docker).
• High degree of autonomy, excellent communication skills in English.
