Remote AI Engineer

Description:

• Join 360Learning's AI Squad as an AI Engineer to architect and ship next-generation AI systems.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers, product managers, and designers to develop agentic features that enhance user experience.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience with GenAI/LLM systems from prototype to production.
• Strong Python skills and experience with LLM integration and management.
• Familiarity with search capabilities, agents, and LLM observability tools.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals.
• Fluent in English (B2 level or equivalent).
• Enthusiasm for the company's working environment.
