Description:
- Design, develop, and deploy multi-agent AI systems for reasoning, planning, and task execution.
- Implement RAG pipelines using orchestration tools and frameworks.
- Optimize model serving for low-latency, high-throughput inference.
- Build observability and evaluation frameworks to monitor agent performance.
- Collaborate with ML and data engineers to integrate data sources into workflows.
- Apply security and alignment techniques to ensure robust AI behavior.
- Work in a CI/CD environment for rapid iteration and deployment.
- Participate in architectural decisions involving distributed systems.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++/Go.
- Proven experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
- Practical experience with agent orchestration frameworks.
- Deep understanding of search and retrieval systems.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and ML model deployment.
- Familiarity with inference optimization tools.
- Experience with public clouds and infrastructure as code.
- Understanding of AI security practices.
