Description:

Seeking an AI Engineer to develop production-grade applications using large language models for federal and commercial clients.
Focus on building agentic systems, MCP-based integrations, and ensuring applications are fast, reliable, and safe.

Requirements:

5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1 year in LLM-based features.
Hands-on experience with agentic systems and knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Proficient in Python and backend service development (FastAPI, Flask).
Familiarity with major LLM providers and RAG concepts.
Strong communication skills to explain AI tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
