Seeking a Growth Systems Engineer (AI & Operations) to design, automate, and scale systems for internal Growth OS, focusing on AI engineering and workflow optimization.

Requirements:

3–5+ years of experience in AI engineering, data engineering, or technical operations.
Strong proficiency in Python and API-driven integrations.
Experience with cloud environments and modern data infrastructures.
Familiarity with LLMs, AI/ML workflows, and model-driven systems.
Ability to map processes into scalable solutions and collaborate cross-functionally.
High ownership and comfort with ambiguous problems.
Bonus: experience in growth marketing or analytics.
