Description:

  • Build AI-powered systems to automate and improve workflows for M3 USA’s healthcare businesses.
  • Collaborate with non-technical business teams to understand processes and design effective solutions.
  • Utilize AI coding agents to rapidly develop software applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with AI coding agents (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, etc.) and a portfolio of AI-developed projects.
  • Experience in deploying AI applications for real end users and automating workflows.
  • Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, SQL, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
