Description:

  • Socure is building identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, focusing on real-time identity verification and fraud prevention.
  • The Staff AI Engineer will join a new Internal AI Engineering team to design and implement agentic systems that enhance internal operations across various departments.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in AI/ML systems or LLM applications.
  • Strong Python skills and experience with LLM APIs and at least one agentic framework (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI).
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces and deliver impactful AI/automation solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders to translate workflows into technical solutions.
