Seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and operate production-grade AI and Generative AI solutions.
Role involves hands-on engineering, focusing on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
Remote position available in Poland only.

Requirements:

Minimum 4+ years of software engineering experience, with 1-2 years in AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
Proven track record of delivering AI features in production.
Hands-on experience in enterprise environments, security, compliance, and integrations.
Deep practical experience with LLMs & GenAI, prompt engineering, and multi-agent systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
Strong production-quality Python skills and experience with APIs & services.
Familiarity with MLOps fundamentals and multi-model experience.
Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset.
Fluency in English, written and spoken.
