Description:

- Seeking an AI Engineer to build production-grade AI systems, working directly with the Head of AI and owning initiatives from discovery to production delivery.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of production experience with Python, including services, async, API integrations, and clean code.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) and strong understanding of RAG systems.
- Experience with eval/regression frameworks (Promptfoo, Ragas, LangSmith) and agentic patterns.
- Familiarity with vector databases, workflow orchestration tools, and AWS fundamentals.
- Basic SQL skills and a proactive driver mindset; B2 English level required.
