Description:

  • Embed with enterprise customers to address complex GenAI challenges and implement production systems.
  • Lead technical discovery calls, scope proofs of concept, and run evaluations for model architecture and deployment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in client-facing AI or ML roles (solutions architect, applied AI engineer, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with LLM inference and fine-tuning using open-model frameworks (e.g., vLLM, SGLang).
  • Proven experience shipping production code in customer environments.
  • Strong skills in Python, GPU, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Benefits:

  • Base salary of $176,000-$224,000, or $220,000-$280,000 on-target earnings, plus competitive equity.
  • H-1B transfers and TN visas sponsored.
