Formstack is hiring two AI Interns for a 4-month fixed term to help drive the company's transformation towards becoming AI-native.
The interns will partner with the CIO, People team, and leaders across the business to accelerate AI adoption and experimentation.
Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to scale AI adoption, building an internal library of prompts, shadowing teams to identify AI-enabled solutions, and supporting the creation of onboarding materials and training.
Interns will pilot real-world AI use cases, build excitement through internal campaigns, track adoption metrics, and stay updated on emerging AI tools.
The position is open to candidates based in Denver or San Francisco, as well as exceptional remote candidates.
Requirements:
Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
Google Cloud Certification in Generative AI or a commitment to complete it before starting is required.
A strong understanding of generative AI tools, prompt design, and AI's role in augmenting human performance is necessary.
Candidates should be clear communicators who can simplify technical concepts and inspire teams.
A creative problem-solver with a bias for action, experimentation, and iteration is essential.
Candidates must be highly organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiasm for helping others adopt new technology with empathy and clarity is required.
Basic coding skills in languages such as Python or Java are necessary to bridge the no-code gap.
