Remote AI & Marketing Automation Lead

Description:

• Lead the design, build, and improvement of AI and marketing automation systems for ThreeTrader.
• Focus on enhancing marketing efficiency across acquisition, content production, campaigns, client nurturing, and analytics.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Marketing Operations, Growth Engineering, CRM, or marketing automation.
• 2+ years applying generative AI to business workflows with demonstrable examples.
• Experience leading cross-system automation projects from requirements to maintenance.
• Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and client journey stages.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
• Proficiency in APIs, webhooks, JSON, and data mapping; capable of troubleshooting data issues.
• Ability to write integration logic in Python or JavaScript and use SQL for data queries.
• Familiarity with automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Practical experience with generative AI APIs and output quality evaluation.
• Ability to design workflows with human review and exception handling.
• Focus on business outcomes rather than tool usage.
• Effective communication in English with marketing and engineering teams.
