Description:
- Full-time position for an AI/ML Engineer focused on building and improving a next-generation AI recruiting agent.
- Role involves developing capabilities, experimenting with LLMs, and shipping production-ready AI features.
Requirements:
- Strong Python software engineering skills.
- Experience with LLMs, AI APIs, and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).
- Familiarity with building APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
