Description:
- Lead the AI/ML modeling team for the USAF Rapid Sustainment Office's Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) program.
- Develop predictive models to enhance aircraft maintenance, availability, and reduce downtime using historical and real-time data.
Requirements:
- Active DoD Secret clearance required.
- 6+ years of experience in data science or machine learning, with leadership in technical projects.
- Proven ability to translate complex objectives into modeling requirements.
- Experience in agile environments and strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
Benefits:
- Salary range: $140,000 - $170,000, based on experience and qualifications.
