Description:
- Own the intelligence behind EMMA, the AI-powered reception system, focusing on LLM and RAG systems for chatbot and voice agent services.
- Design, build, and optimize AI models and prompt architectures to enhance patient interactions across text and voice channels.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA), RAG frameworks, and voice-agent design.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with NestJS for API development, along with familiarity with Next.js/React.
- Strong understanding of Azure services, containerization (Docker), and relational databases (MySQL).
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate asynchronously with a UK-based team during UK business hours.
