Description:

• Atlan is building the context layer for enterprise AI, addressing the challenge of AI understanding business context around data.
• The role involves developing infrastructure for AI agents, including building platforms and vertical agents that operate within the enterprise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building software systems and shipping 0→1 products or platforms into production.
• Hands-on experience with agents or LLM systems, including tracing issues back to context or decisions.
• Ability to design for failure and ensure production reliability, latency, cost, and security.
• Strong systems judgment and experience working autonomously in small teams.
• Bonus: Experience with agent frameworks, knowledge graphs, eval suites, and leading AI adoption in teams.
