Description:

  • Position: AI-Native Platform Engineer — DevOps, Security & Compliance
  • Location: Remote - India
  • Type: Full-time, approximately 50 hours per week
  • Focus on production reliability, security operations, and compliance foundations in a healthcare technology startup.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with startup systems and platforms.
  • Proficiency in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, backups, and recovery.
  • Experience with access control, secrets management, and security basics.
  • Ability to automate routine tasks and prove backup restores.
  • Strong ownership, documentation habits, and calm judgment during incidents.
