Requirements:

10+ years of experience designing cloud-native solutions on AWS.
Expertise in AWS services, Docker/Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code.
Experience with scalable, resilient Java architectures for high-volume applications.
Proven track record in architecting complex systems with performance requirements.
Knowledge of event-driven platforms, asynchronous processing, and API design principles.
Experience leading technical strategy and mentoring engineers.
