Remote AI Strategy & Automation Lead

Description:

• Lead the discovery, prototyping, and deployment of AI-powered automation in a fintech environment.
• Act as a connector between business, AI, and DevOps, focusing on proof-of-concepts (POCs) and agentic workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM.
• 2–6 years of experience in AI, automation, operations, or technical strategy roles.
• Strong ability to connect business needs with technology solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms.
• Experience in building or supporting POCs or internal tools.
• Strong problem-solving and execution mindset.
• Preferred: Exposure to agentic AI workflows, basic programming knowledge (Python), and experience in fintech or data-driven environments.
