Description:

  • Join OpenAI’s User Operations team to support customers in adopting AI and enhancing their product experience.
  • Resolve complex technical issues, provide guidance, and improve customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in User Operations, Engineering, or Support Engineering in tech startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in using emerging technologies (e.g., Codex, ChatGPT) and scripting (e.g., Python) for automation.
  • Strong SaaS troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
