Lead operating model engagements for enterprise clients focusing on organizational design, decision rights, governance, and workforce readiness for AI integration.
Architect Praecipio's internal operating model for AI agents and develop change frameworks for effective adoption.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in organizational design and change management, preferably in consulting or transformation delivery.
Proficient understanding of AI strategy, engineering, and enablement to engage with technical leads and executives.
Strong perspective on the characteristics of AI-native organizations.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and build new capabilities from the ground up.
Executive presence and facilitation skills for client decision-makers.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and Claude Code as essential tools for development.
