We are seeking a dedicated and organized Sales Intelligence and Data Analyst to join our team at D2B.
This remote role involves extracting, analysing, and interpreting construction and project data to produce actionable sales intelligence.
The position supports the company’s sales team in targeting the right opportunities.
This is not a leadership or customer-facing position; all communications will be directed through the Team Leader or Head of Sales.
The successful candidate will focus entirely on data extraction, analysis, and reporting, following established standards.
Responsibilities include prioritizing leads based on project value and relevance and providing insights to improve sales performance.
The role requires strong analytical capability, proficiency with BCI software and Estimate One (or similar construction intelligence platforms), and excellent attention to detail.
The salary ranges from PHP 45,000 to PHP 60,000/month, flexible for more experienced candidates.
Working hours are Mondays to Fridays, 7:00AM to 4:00PM; this is a full-time remote position.
Holidays are based on the Australian business calendar.
Requirements:
The candidate must have 1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis.
Experience using BCI software and Estimate One (or similar construction intelligence platforms) is required.
An understanding of construction, manufacturing, or B2B sales environments is necessary.
Strong data analysis and data extraction skills are essential.
Proficiency in Excel or similar data analysis tools is required.
The candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience supporting sales or business development teams is preferred.
A commercial mindset with the ability to link data to revenue outcomes is important.
The candidate should be self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Timely, relevant, and actionable intelligence must be provided to the sales team.
The role aims to improve the quality of sales conversations with key decision makers and increase conversion rates through more targeted sales activity.
There should be strong alignment between data insights and sales performance.
