Remote Applied AI Architect

Description:

• Serve as the primary technical advisor and relationship owner for a portfolio of customers.
• Shape AI strategy and guide customers from pre-sales to deployment and measurable impact.
• Own the technical account plan across various AI solutions, partnering with Account Directors.
• Develop Applied AI Architectures and maintain a focused use-case portfolio.
• Track adoption, usage, and customer impact, ensuring delivery teams execute implementation.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., solutions architecture, AI deployment).
• Proven track record guiding enterprises from evaluation to production adoption.
• Strong software and cloud architecture knowledge, including APIs and security.
• Familiarity with modern AI systems and ability to prototype and explain technical tradeoffs.
• Experience developing technical account plans and connecting adoption to outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical narratives to diverse audiences.
