Description:

  • Canvas Medical is seeking an Applied AI Operations Lead to join their GTM Operations team.
  • The role involves driving the deployment, adoption, and governance of AI agents across healthcare organizations.
  • This position acts as a bridge between the Applied AI engineering team and healthcare organizations implementing AI capabilities.
  • The lead will partner with customers to deploy and manage AI agents, ensuring they deliver measurable value in healthcare settings.
  • Responsibilities include conducting workflow assessments, configuring agents, and maintaining evaluation frameworks to demonstrate effectiveness.
  • The role requires maintaining AI governance frameworks and designing monitoring systems for agent performance.
  • The lead will also develop training programs for care teams to collaborate effectively with AI agents.
  • The position involves hands-on work with foundation model APIs and collaborating with engineering to inform product development.
  • The lead will serve as a trusted advisor for customers, driving executive conversations about AI strategy and creating compelling narratives around AI impact.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years in technical customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering or customer success engineering is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying and managing LLM-based applications in production environments is essential.
  • A proven track record of successful enterprise technology implementations with measurable business outcomes is necessary.
  • Strong project management skills are required to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with foundation model products and AI tools for low-code automation is needed.
  • Understanding of AI safety, alignment, and governance principles is required.
  • Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, A/B testing, and performance monitoring for AI systems is necessary.
  • Healthcare technology experience is required, with the ability to advise on workflows and construct automations.
  • Knowledge of clinical workflows, EMR systems, and healthcare operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and clinical documentation standards is important.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
