Description:

  • Join Descript's Research team to develop specialized models for video editing features like Video Regenerate and lipsync.
  • Focus on multimodal understanding to enhance AI editing capabilities by enabling direct perception of media.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing deep learning algorithms, with publications or shipped models.
  • Strong programming skills in PyTorch and a PhD or Master's in deep learning or related field.
  • At least one significant publication in top venues or experience in shipping a production feature with deep learning.
  • Strong experimental judgment and communication skills.
