Description:

  • Define and drive the test automation strategy across the company.
  • Lead and mentor the AQA team, set priorities, and ensure delivery quality.
  • Design and evolve the test automation architecture (API, UI, integration).
  • Ensure stability, reliability, and scalability of the automation framework.
  • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
  • Analyze failures and manage technical debt in test automation.
  • Collaborate closely with Development, DevOps, Product, and QA teams.
  • Participate in release planning, technical discussions, and estimations.
  • Maintain and improve test documentation and coverage.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in automated testing, including 1–2+ years in a Lead / Tech Lead role.
  • Deep knowledge of Kotlin or Java, strong understanding of OOP and clean code principles.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining test automation architecture (API, UI, integration).
  • Strong API testing experience (Rest Assured, Ktor Framework).
  • Hands-on experience with UI automation (Playwright, Selenide).
  • Excellent knowledge of JUnit5 / TestNG and common testing patterns (Page Object, Factory, Builder, etc.).
  • Solid experience with SQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB.
  • Understanding of Kafka and experience testing integrations.
  • Experience developing custom test frameworks and libraries.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Experience integrating and maintaining Allure reporting.
  • Strong experience in code review and establishing QA quality standards.
  • Ability to analyze test performance and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Strong communication skills in Russian (day-to-day working language of the team).
