Description:
- Ascendancy is focused on relationship-driven growth, combining AI with a high-touch approach to help founders and executives leverage their networks.
- The Full-Stack Engineer will build product features end-to-end, using Python, Next.js, and TypeScript, with a focus on performance, security, and design.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Full-stack engineering experience in frontend and backend systems.
- Startup experience and ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Ability to manage projects from scoping to deployment.
- Willingness to work 40+ hours per week.
- Experience with AI agents, LLM workflows, or AI-enabled products.
- Strong product sense and UX/UI design quality.
- Proficiency in Python, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience with secure authentication, authorization, and database systems.
- Preferred: experience with Neo4j and Google Cloud Platform.
