Description:

Manage and secure ASG’s core IT, SaaS, and AI tooling environment.
Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including device management, onboarding/offboarding, and system administration.
Partner with the AI Governance team to enable and secure AI tool usage while maintaining security and usability.
Design and maintain enterprise-grade AI agents and workflows to enhance productivity.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in IT or systems administration, with a focus on core systems management.
Experience managing systems like Google Workspace and device management in small to mid-sized environments.
Strong understanding of security fundamentals and SaaS security best practices; relevant certifications are a plus.
Ability to balance security with usability and manage SaaS tools effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities.
