Description:

Lead and contribute to software development projects across ASG’s portfolio companies using AI-native and agentic coding techniques.
Train and upskill engineering teams through coaching, workshops, and real-world examples to adopt AI-native development practices.

Requirements:

7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on building and shipping production-quality applications.
Strong fundamentals in software engineering and ability to work across the full stack (infrastructure, backend, web, mobile, databases).
Familiarity with AI and agentic coding tools, SDLC improvement tools, and a variety of programming languages and tech stacks.
Strong communication skills for training and enabling technical audiences.
Ability to operate in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Competitive base salary range of $200,000 - $220,000.
Total rewards package includes an annual bonus, employer-paid benefits, L&D stipend, and incentive pay for eligible roles.
