Description:

  • Serve as a customer-facing technical expert for Drata's commercial customer segment, ensuring understanding and adoption of the Drata platform.
  • Engage with customers through signal-based outreach and digital engagement, while contributing to scalable content and resources.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or similar role in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing technical content and familiarity with cloud platforms and APIs.
