Description:

  • Develop, configure, and deploy conversational AI solutions using the Kore.ai platform.
  • Build and enhance chatbots and AI agents using Kore XO10, XO11, or Artemis.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of total experience with strong expertise in Chatbot/Conversational AI development.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Kore.ai platform and strong knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, and Python.
  • Experience with Prompt Engineering, LLMs, RAG, and Vector Databases.
  • Preferred experience in Banking/Financial Services domain and Kore.ai Developer/Artemis certification.
