Remote Associate Staff Engineer(Network)

Description:

• Develop and execute cloud & network infrastructure and DevOps roadmap aligned with tech strategy and global standards.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies and drive innovation in cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes.
• Oversee cloud operations (Alicloud, AWS, Azure) including migration, resource allocation, and cost management.
• Design resilient cloud architectures and implement disaster recovery plans.
• Optimize cloud network performance and implement security frameworks.
• Drive adoption of DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD and containerization.
• Manage infrastructure budgets and negotiate contracts with cloud vendors.
• Mentor team members and foster collaboration across departments.

Requirements:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Alicloud, AWS, Azure) and cloud architecture design.
• Knowledge of network performance optimization and security compliance (GDPR, HIPAA).
• Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.
