Description:
- Miratech is seeking an experienced AWS Architect to design, develop, and optimize scalable and secure digital contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and modern GenAI technologies.
- The candidate will lead architecture initiatives, integrate enterprise systems, and deliver intelligent customer and agent experiences through automation, LLMs, and real-time data workflows.
- Responsibilities include architecting end-to-end AWS-based solutions for Amazon Connect digital contact centers, building custom chat widgets and agent desktops using Lambda, API Gateway, and modern front-end frameworks, and designing event-driven, scalable cloud architectures following AWS Well-Architected principles.
- The role also involves implementing GenAI solutions using Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and third-party/open-source LLMs, integrating conversational intelligence into customer and agent workflows with AI/ML teams, and configuring and managing IAM, VPCs, CloudWatch monitoring, logging, and security controls.
- Ensuring compliance with enterprise security and governance standards, integrating Amazon Connect with third-party CRMs and enterprise systems, designing streaming APIs, event-handling logic, and reporting APIs, and leading cross-functional engineering, DevOps, and product teams to deliver complex solutions are also key responsibilities.
- The architect will align architectural strategy with business and customer experience goals.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in AWS architecture and cloud solution development.
- Deep expertise with Amazon Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, Lex, Bedrock, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch is required.
- Proven experience with GenAI technologies, both AWS-native and open-source models, is essential.
- A strong understanding of IAM, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and security practices is necessary.
- Experience in building custom chat widgets and agent workspace solutions is required.
- Hands-on experience with CRM integrations and real-time event streaming is needed.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
