Remote Azure Observability Engineer (Build & Implementation)

Description:

• Remote position within Argentina & Uruguay for a short-term role (8 to 12 weeks).
• Seeking an Azure Monitoring & Observability Engineer to build and implement enterprise-grade monitoring solutions across Azure environments.
• Responsible for installing, configuring, and documenting Azure monitoring solutions based on client-defined standards.
• Focus on execution, documentation, and knowledge transfer in complex Azure architectures.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure, focusing on monitoring and observability.
• Proven experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics Workspaces, and Application Insights.
• Strong proficiency in KQL for building queries, workbooks, and alert rules.
• Experience with Azure Lighthouse in multi-subscription and cross-tenant environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Managed Grafana and dashboard creation.
• Experience deploying infrastructure using ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform, or Azure Policy.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python.
• Strong documentation skills for clear runbooks and handoff materials.
