Description:

  • The BI Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing business data to provide actionable insights for decision-makers across marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
  • This role requires hands-on experience with data modeling, dashboard creation, and reporting.
  • The BI Analyst must be able to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in turning complex data into intuitive visualizations and business recommendations.
  • Responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and optimizing BI dashboards and reports for various business functions.
  • The analyst will analyze business performance metrics, trends, and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design data solutions is essential.
  • The role involves translating complex data into easy-to-understand visualizations and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Monitoring key metrics and providing regular reporting on sales, customer behavior, and operational performance is required.
  • The analyst will identify areas for process improvements using data-driven insights.
  • Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting tools is a key responsibility.
  • Support for the implementation of data warehouses and BI tools to improve reporting capabilities is expected.
  • The analyst will assist in ad hoc analysis and deep-dive studies to answer business questions.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • The candidate must have 2–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Reporting, preferably in eCommerce or retail.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases is necessary.
  • Proficiency in BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar is required.
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting is essential.
  • The ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends, outliers, and actionable insights is a must.
  • Strong communication skills are required; the candidate must be able to present insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability is essential.
