We are looking for a Blockchain Developer to join our fast-paced, dynamic environment on a short term project.
You will work on a socially driven, Ethereum-based utility token project designed to integrate real-world services—like therapy, coaching, and wellness programs—with token-based incentives.
This includes smart contracts for staking, NFTs, DAO governance, and wallet/payment integration.
Our client operates in the blockchain and Web3 space, focusing on building meaningful utility tokens with real-world value and social impact.
This project is aimed at delivering secure, reliable, and innovative solutions for decentralized engagement platforms.
Location: Must reside and have work authorization in Latin America.
Availability: Must be available to work with significant overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST).
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has a BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
You should have 3+ years of experience in blockchain development, especially with Ethereum and Solidity.
Hands-on experience with ERC-20 token deployment and related smart contracts (staking, NFTs, DAO governance) is required.
Proficiency with development tools such as Hardhat, Foundry, and Ethers.js is necessary.
You must have experience in writing and testing smart contracts with robust security and gas optimization in mind.
Familiarity with Metamask integration and user-facing Web3 flows is essential.
An understanding of DeFi mechanics, tokenomics, and on-chain transactions is required.
Experience supporting token audits and implementing fixes post-audit is necessary.
Excellent communication skills in English (C1 preferred, strong B2 may be considered) are required.
