Responsibilities include evangelism and advocacy, overseeing the developer journey, content creation, community building, technical engagement, feedback collection, event participation, partnership building, and metrics reporting.
The position reports directly to the COO and collaborates closely with marketing and product teams.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in software development or a related technical field.
A strong network and social presence within the blockchain community is essential.
Hands-on experience in blockchain development, with a solid understanding of L1/L2 networks and protocols, is required.
Experience in Developer Relations (DevRel) or a similar role is necessary, demonstrating the ability to engage and grow technical communities.
Candidates should have experience organizing events and engaging developers both online and offline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
The ability to design initiatives and strategies focused on community engagement and growth without constant supervision is essential.
