As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, manipulating, and integrating data from various sources to generate actionable insights that inform strategy and decision-making.
You will develop and maintain curated data pipelines, ELT transformations, and data tests, creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor business performance against KPIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gather reporting requirements, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate complex data findings effectively.
Contribute to AI-related projects by analyzing AI interactions for business insights and driving process improvements through reporting mechanisms and data structures.
Requirements:
You should have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar analytical role, preferably with a recent Master's degree.
Experience in an analytics role within a SaaS organization is highly valued.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, quantitative, and communication skills are essential, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
High attention to detail and accuracy is required, with experience in contact center reporting, customer support teams, or as a financial/business analyst being highly desirable.
Advanced SQL skills (CTE, subqueries, window functions) are necessary, along with experience in Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Excel is required, and Salesforce reporting experience is a significant plus.
You should be adaptable, eager to collaborate, and ready to build solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
