Description:

• The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer plays a pivotal role in advancing the enterprise analytics ecosystem at AssistRx.
• This role involves collaborating across the business to identify analytic gaps, design scalable data models, and deliver high-impact dashboards and insights.
• Responsibilities include developing new reporting solutions, optimizing existing assets, and ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in business intelligence development, systems analysis, or data-focused IT roles.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake is necessary.
• Experience building data models and transformations using dbt is required.
• Strong proficiency with ThoughtSpot, Tableau, and SQL (advanced query writing required) is essential.
• The ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions is necessary.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are required.
• Candidates must be highly responsive, able to work under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with healthcare or pharmacy data is preferred.
