Description:

  • Support the adoption of a DoD Security Cooperation digital platform through organizational change management activities.
  • Develop communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, training support, and adoption metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Organizational Development, Communications, etc.).
  • 3–6 years of experience in change management, communications, training, or digital transformation.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one; U.S. Citizenship required.
