Description:

• Offchain Labs is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, acting as a critical bridge between internal operations and external market positioning in the crypto and blockchain space.
• The role requires strategic thinking, deep knowledge of the crypto ecosystem, and the ability to identify important relationships while anticipating industry shifts.
• Responsibilities include serving as the main liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, maintaining knowledge of the industry, streamlining CEO workflows, supporting the leadership team, leading special projects, and identifying operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in strategy, product, or partnership roles.
• A deep professional or personal experience in crypto or blockchain is required.
• The ideal candidate should be a results-oriented team player with a process-driven approach, capable of functioning effectively in an unstructured, high-growth environment.
• High empathy, coachability, and strong business emotional intelligence (EQ) are essential.
• Candidates should demonstrate outstanding project management skills and be highly productive, driven by problem-solving.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
